Markus Blazaizak was born in 1968 as a hearing boy and became deaf in a tragic accident. The voices of his parents and the laughter of his friends were gone forever. He himself says: “The accident took something from me, that was bad for me as a child. But not being able to hear gave me art, a passion that I cannot explain to anyone. I don't need my ears for that.”
