Antonio Marra, born in 1959 in Volturara Irpina (AV), grew up in Naples, works and lives in Offenbach. He completed his studies from 1974 to 1979 and graduated with a “Diploma di Geometra”. From 1980 to 1982 he studied at the Accademia di belle Arti, Prof. Di Vincenzo in Naples. His works have long been represented at numerous national and international exhibitions and fairs and have reached galleries and collectors worldwide.

He has perfected his painting technique, which can be considered unique with its astonishing three-dimensional effects. Antonio Marra's art breaks with the usual viewing habits. Marra creates a line relief on the canvas, which he paints on both sides. Depending on the viewer's position and perspective, his pictures thus have several levels, the basic patterns of which are virtuosically interwoven and bring opposites into harmonious harmony.
